Odin Health & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Business Development & Marketing to join their skilled nursing team. This leadership role focuses on increasing occupancy and revenue through relationship-building and strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain professional relationships with hospital Social Workers, Case Managers, Physicians, and other referral partners to secure new admissions

Communicate with physicians regarding potential referrals and promote facility services

Coordinate with the business office to ensure census accuracy, insurance verification, and Medicare/Medicaid eligibility

Manage referral flow and oversee the admissions process, including community sales and admission experience

Meet and exceed census goals by working closely with the interdisciplinary team

Lead weekly and monthly meetings to drive business development and professional goals

Guide internal and external sales programs to ensure strong customer satisfaction, referral growth, payer relationships, and positive public image

Assist with market research, including competitive analysis, surveys, and demographic trends

Partner with facility leadership to improve systems that impact occupancy, including tours, inquiry processes, follow-up systems, conversion techniques, and customer satisfaction
