Regional Sales Manager - Southeast (Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, Miami)

Alto-Shaam, Inc. is a pioneer in industry-leading foodservice equipment, seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage sales goals and develop relationships with dealers and end users in the Southeast region. The role involves identifying and growing customer accounts, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring customer needs are met through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

Managing, achieving sales goals, and development of relationships with dealers, consultants, major end users, and the rep groups in their assigned territories
Serving as a primary point of contact for channel partners and Alto-Shaam to help create the customer experience
Identifying, developing, and growing customer accounts in the designated region
Working cross functionally to ensure customer issues are addressed and communicated accurately
Exhibiting and continually developing attributes and characteristics consistent with Alto-Shaam mission, purpose and values
Understanding, supporting, prioritizing and executing corporate sales growth strategies while achieving company sales objectives within the assigned territory
Attaining comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Alto-Shaam product line categories, technologies and related applications, as well as competitors
Visiting and maintaining contact with customers and prospective customers to understand their needs and how Alto-Shaam’s product can address those needs
Maintaining customer accounts in Alto Shaam’s CRM system to accurately show customer status, activity and forecasting; performing other routine reporting functions as required
Creating marketplace demand through specification of Alto-Shaam products
Actively using, understanding, and updating the CRM tool for Alto-Shaam
Engaging, training, developing and managing representative agencies within established geographic territory to develop profitable sales opportunities utilizing all market resources available
Developing relationships and maintaining regular call frequency to targeted market segments including wholesale channel partners, design consultant firms, chain and key accounts and end users
Participating and actively engaging in strategic planning and marketplace development objectives
Maintaining an aggressive travel schedule (50%+ travel required)

Required

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or 7+ years in a sales role
Ability to define problems, collect and perform analysis of data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Development, Account Management or similar roles
Strong communications, analytical and computer skills are a requirement
Successful customer-facing experience in sales is a requirement
