Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule executive-level interviews (phone, video, in-person, and travel)
Manage candidate communications from interview through offer and start date
Support offer letters, background checks, drug screens, and I-9 compliance
Partner with leaders, admins, agencies, and recruiters to meet hiring timelines
Assist with onboarding, Day 1 readiness, and Workday updates for compliance
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruiting coordination
Heavy scheduling and logistics experience
Strong proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office
