New Grad, Entry LevelCarolina PRG has partnered with a rapidly expanding manufacturing organization in the Charlotte area to identify an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their finance team. This role offers hands-on involvement across core accounting functions while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and basic financial reporting
Partner with operations to assist with inventory costing, tracking, and related updates
Maintain clean, organized financial records and supporting documentation
Process vendor invoices, expense activity, and credit card transactions
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with system enhancements
Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance
Support state and local compliance efforts, including sales and use tax tracking
Assist with cross-functional and ad hoc accounting projects as the business continues to grow
Qualification
Required
Exposure to ERP systems; experience with Acumatica is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a changing environment
Clear communicator who works well across departments
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and expand skill sets
