Responsibilities

Work will involve real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, development and construction of real property; development and financing incentives, redevelopment and special purpose districts in administrative procedures; and loan transactions

Simultaneously handles the high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion

Possess strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients

Demonstrates an ability to work independently and productively and show a strong interest in advancing a career in a transactional practice

Required

Juris Doctor

Licensed to practice law in good standing in Missouri, or in a jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business until they are admitted to practice in Missouri; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements

4+ years' experience in real estate, including experience in real estate leasing, development, acquisition, purchase and sale transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills and experience managing a variety of transactions
