Responsibilities
Design and build scalable data pipelines, workflows, and applications on an enterprise data platform
Integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured enterprise data into unified data models
Leverage AI models and develop effective prompts to train and interact with foundation models
Support AI-accelerated development using Python and PySpark
Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and application components
Implement security, compliance, and governance controls aligned with enterprise standards
Partner with product owners, data scientists, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Develop AI-powered dashboards and decision-support tools
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of data solutions
Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or similar roles
Strong proficiency in Python (required) and PySpark
Solid SQL skills and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration patterns
Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar
Understanding of AI/ML workflows and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, etc.)
Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code)
Experience working in regulated environments with strong data security and governance needs
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Experience with prompt engineering; exposure to RAG or model training is a plus
Exposure to BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or data visualization frameworks)
