Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on the current CRE debt portfolio
Manage ongoing and ad-hoc portfolio analysis and reporting requests
Maintain and enhance internal reporting tools and dashboards
Track key loan and risk metrics, including LTV, DSCR, debt yield, and performance status
Partner with Asset Management, Finance, Investments, and Investor Relations teams
Coordinate with third-party servicers for portfolio data and reporting support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
3-6 years of finance experience; particularly in real estate, asset management, portfolio reporting or a related field
Strong technical and analytical acumen, flexibility within differing systems or information technologies (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Strong interest in credit/real estate markets/CRE markets as a whole
Individual MUST BE able to navigate various internal departments, working collaboratively with both US-based and international team members
Nimble, flexible, adaptable, able to run their own projects and manage tasks through ownership & accountability
Has the drive to become a key member of the firm's Portfolio Reporting Function!
