EPITEC is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Information Systems team. This role focuses on building and operating IT hardware and software resources across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments to support internal customer needs.

Responsibilities

Design, operate, and maintain enterprise servers, including mainframe systems (IBM/LPARS), high-performance computing, and hybrid/cloud systems
Implement and maintain infrastructure solutions such as data warehouses, identity access management, containerization, and on-demand scaling
Configure secure virtualized environments aligned with enterprise architecture blueprints
Monitor system performance and resource utilization (CPU, memory, storage, network traffic) to optimize efficiency and prevent cost overruns
Develop or enhance monitoring tools to ensure system security and performance
Advise architecture teams on capacity planning and future resource needs

Required

2–4 years in IT
2 years in development using at least one coding language or framework
Bachelor's Degree
Technical Skills: Infrastructure Architectures

Preferred

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead technical bridges with customers and vendors
Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
