Lead and support RFP creation and oversight for major IT system initiatives

Advise teams on requirements documentation, system architecture, and platform migration

Provide vendor management guidance before and after contract award

Establish and enforce quality standards, metrics, and best practices

Review deliverables for process, compliance, and quality assurance

Support SLA, data recovery, and evaluation documentation

Identify process improvements and risk areas

Mentor internal teams and provide project leadership support
