We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling OMS Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong Quality Assurance (QA) background to join our enterprise Order Management initiative. The candidate will work closely with functional leads, architects, developers, and offshore QA teams to design, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans ensuring high-quality OMS deliverables.

Responsibilities
Design and execute test scenarios for OMS configurations, pipelines, agents, services, and COM UI customizations
Validate integration flows with ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP), eCommerce, marketplaces (Amazon), and WMS
Perform functional, system, regression, performance, and integration testing
Utilize test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Client ALM) and automation frameworks
Hands-on validation of COM customizations for usability and functionality
Validate API/batch integrations with external systems ensuring data accuracy, performance, and error handling
Participate in deployment validations and post-release smoke testing
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12+ years in IT or Supply Chain domain with 7+ years in IBM Sterling OMS (on-premises)
Strong knowledge of order lifecycle management, distributed order management (DOM), inventory visibility, sourcing rules, fulfillment execution, returns management
Design and execute test scenarios for OMS configurations, pipelines, agents, services, and COM UI customizations
Validate integration flows with ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP), eCommerce, marketplaces (Amazon), and WMS
Perform functional, system, regression, performance, and integration testing
Utilize test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Client ALM) and automation frameworks
Java, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, JSP, Dojo, REST APIs
Hands-on validation of COM customizations for usability and functionality
Validate API/batch integrations with external systems ensuring data accuracy, performance, and error handling
Experience with Git, Docker, Octopus, UNIX/Linux environments; participate in deployment validations and post-release smoke testing
Agile/Scrum with experience in sprint-based QA cycles and defect triage
Strong analytical skills, effective communication, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive issue resolution
Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Experience in test automation for IBM Sterling OMS using Selenium or similar frameworks
Exposure to omnichannel retail testing scenarios including peak load and failover validation
