Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify new enterprise relationships, manage prospecting efforts, and support the sales team in expanding their market presence.

Responsibilities
Learn how Eon’s platform works from the ground up, how to effectively communicate its value, and navigate objections when identifying new opportunities
Research and identify strategic prospects that exhibit signals of need or relevant corporate initiatives
Perform extensive and persistent cold calls, emails, and social media touchpoints to diverse contact roles
Stimulate opportunities by holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email to generate interest with a high attention to detail
Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach, providing in-depth executive summaries to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive meetings
Consistently meet or exceed 60 customer calls and emails daily
Consistently meet or exceed opportunity quota that leads to progression through the sales funnel
Maintain accurate, diligent Salesforce hygiene with accurate and thorough notes, documenting all activity in CRM application and scheduling all follow up calls
Capitalize on relationships with senior team members to learn the nuances of healthcare sales processes and the product marketplace to continue advancing your career
Qualification
Required
Healthcare experience or experience in selling SaaS/products with conceptual value
Familiarity with Salesforce, productivity tools, GTM intelligence tools
Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be innovative and a fast thinker
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with an execution mindset focused on exceeding sales outcomes
Proven ability to establish contact, qualify, and set meetings with target prospects
Consultative mindset to adapt to diverse prospect needs
