Sr. Sales & Merchandising Manager
TLI Home is seeking a customer-facing Sr. Sales & Merchandising Manager to grow their key off-price retail accounts while ensuring flawless internal execution. This role bridges sales, merchandising, and inventory management, ideal for a detail-oriented yet personable professional who understands the fast-paced demands of off-price retail.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for TJX and other major off-price retail accounts
Lead weekly buyer communication, including presenting inventory, new assortments, and replenishment strategies
Nurture strong relationships with buyers. Track and grow business across multiple departments within TJX and other off-price accounts
Create and update assortments based on market feedback, seasonal trends, and buyer needs
Coordinate internally across design, logistics, and planning to ensure on-time delivery and execution
Monitor competitive activity and share market insights to inform design direction
Qualification
Required
5 years in merchandising or account management within home textiles, apparel, or consumer goods
Must have direct experience managing business with TJX (non-closeout) and a deep understanding of their internal flow
Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport across buyers and internal teams
Strong understanding of off-price retail dynamics, inventory flow, margins, and selling cycles
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups), with ERP system familiarity a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
