Responsibilities

Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Michigan and surrounding areas
Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators
Deliver product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to potential clients
Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to adapt strategies
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Candidate must live in the Detroit, MI area
Proven sales experience, with at least 1 year of OR sales experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel within the state of Michigan and Cleveland, OH
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
