Execute general maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, fluid level checks, and brake services
Perform complex vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical or electrical issues
Repair or replace faulty vehicular components to enhance vehicle performance
Ensure strict adherence to the dealership's quality and safety standards
Deliver excellent customer service by explaining complex technical issues in an easy and understandable manner, building trust and long-term relationships with customers
Regularly update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical and regulation publications

Qualification

Required

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience professionally servicing vehicles
Familiarity with the latest vehicular diagnostic equipment and methodologies
Exceptional troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred

Secondary degree in Automotive Technology or a related field
CDJR and Ford experience
CDJR and Ford certifications
