Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, revenue recognition, and payroll across five entities

Lead month-end and year-end close processes, delivering timely and accurate reporting

Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management dashboards

Maintain and enhance internal controls; build scalable accounting processes

Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting

Ensure compliance with insurance, healthcare, and financial regulations

Partner cross-functionally on product, pricing, and operational initiatives

Mentor and develop members of the accounting team
