Design and develop engaging content
Partner with cross functional teams to build eye-catching visual designs and translate business goals into compelling content
Research end users and internal audiences to align content with the company's voice, values, and goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Instructional Designer, or related field
Proven experience in corporate communications, content creation, and/or digital storytelling
Expert with design tools: Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
Familiarity with content performance metrics
Preferred
Prior experience with creating or delivering keynote presentations, a plus
