Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end technical project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth execution across systems and teams

Oversee technical requirements, systems integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies related to e-commerce and fulfillment workflows

Monitor budgets and allocate resources to meet project goals, deadlines, and technical requirements

Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep the project on track

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates

Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with company expectations

Work closely with all other departments, including senior management, logistics, customer service and operations, to ensure seamless project execution

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope, requirements, and change requests. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects

Oversee project closure activities, including final delivery, validation, SOP rollout, and sign-off

Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate success, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for process and system improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5 years of experience in technical project management, with demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

Hands-on experience managing projects involving e-commerce platforms, integrations, or digital commerce initiatives required

Knowledge of PM tools (Monday.com, YouTrack) and familiarity with developer environments (Github, AWS)

Understanding of technical concepts such as API's, system integrations, data flows, and platform dependencies, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with adaptability and responsiveness
