Responsibilities
Leading MEP Mechanical Design Projects for buildings in the commercial, medical, education, transportation, hospitality, retail, and other industries
Oversight (EOR) for the preparation of mechanical drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications and calculations
Leadership of Mechanical design staff
Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects
Providing exemplary service to team members and clients
Developing and executing business with new and existing clients
Qualification
Required
BSME
10+ years' experience in MEP design/consulting
Team leadership/management experience
Project Management Experience in the MEP space
Healthcare building design and HCAI compliance experience
High-energy client services skills
Excellent communication ability
Complete understanding of building codes
Thorough design system knowledge
Preferred
10-15 years' experience in positions of increasing leadership in the commercial A/E engineering field
Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors
Knowledge of industry codes and standards
