Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Conduct process analysis and identify efficiency improvements
Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and reports
Analyze data to support strategic and operational decisions
Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to implement solutions
Create dashboards and presentations for management review
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business, Analytics, IT, Economics, or related field (Dec 2025)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Understanding of business processes and SDLC
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
You are a novice in SQL, SDLC (Software development life cycle), Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Business analysis
You have the potential to develop in Tableau
