Responsibilities

Support project teams in the design and analysis of water resources design projects

Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis

Assist in the development of master drainage plans

Prepare and review engineering documents and reports

Prepare and review plans, specifications and bid documents

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering Degree

At least 4 years of experience in water resources/public works. Resume projects should attempt to demonstrate experience in channels design, storm drain analysis and design, watershed modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and master drainage planning

Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of Texas

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley OpenRoads Designer)

Experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS Pro

Familiarity with XP-SWMM, InfoWorks ICM

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on quality, integrity and success
