Responsibilities
Assist with the full video production process from ideation through final delivery
Provide structured feedback to editors on rough and fine cuts
Coordinate creative assets such as B-roll, graphics, sound effects, and music
Support script development through proofreading and execution of the company’s scriptwriting process
Guide on-camera talent during shoots, ensuring proper pacing, tone, and delivery
Assist with on-set production, including camera operation, lighting, sound, setup, takedown, and production note-taking
Manage media assets post-filming, including uploading files, organizing folders, and coordinating with editors
Support YouTube channel operations, including uploads, metadata, thumbnails, livestream setup, and weekly posting schedules
Monitor comments and provide insights for potential content ideas and improvements
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Video Producer
3–4 years of combined experience in digital video production, primarily for YouTube
General understanding of cameras, lighting, audio, and production workflows
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with physical production tasks
Strong ability to follow clear direction and work within structured creative processes
Preferred
Experience in buyer education, entrepreneurship, motivation, finance, or life coaching content
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Clear communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Familiarity with YouTube Studio and in-platform tools
YouTube Certification is a plus
Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas during designated brainstorming sessions
