Regional Director - Clinical Sales, West

They are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Sales for the West Coast to lead commercialization across key neonatal markets and health systems, focusing on building new markets and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Lead commercialization of LactaLogics donor human milk across West Coast neonatal markets and health systems
Build and launch new markets through direct, hands-on engagement with NICU stakeholders
Own regional performance, including revenue growth, account adoption, and execution against commercialization goals
Develop and lead a high-performing regional field team as the organization scales
Establish trusted partnerships with neonatologists, neonatal dietitians, nurse leaders, supply chain teams, and hospital executives
Serve as a strategic, mission-driven ambassador for LactaLogics within the NICU and hospital ecosystem
Qualification
Required
8+ years of hospital or complex healthcare sales experience within the region
Proven experience selling into NICUs, women's & children's hospitals, or similar acute care settings
Demonstrated success navigating IDNs, GPOs, and hospital purchasing processes
Experience building new markets and launching products
Demonstrated ability to lead a field team from a remote leadership role including onsite field coaching
Clinical background or strong clinical fluency (RD, RN, PharmD, etc. a plus)
Strong data analytics and comfort with CRM's such as Sales Force, HubSpot, or Zoho
