They are seeking a Sr. IT Systems Auditor to participate in auditing IT&D departments, evaluating internal controls, and working on various internal audit engagements. The role requires effective communication, risk assessment related to IT systems control, and collaboration with internal audit teams.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats

Perform SOX and other IT General Controls (ITGC) testing

Identify and assess risk related to IT systems control

Participate in internal audit teams during the planning, execution, review, and report phases of the various internal audit engagements

Develop and execute audit plans, identify control deficiencies, and recommend opportunities for improvement

Monitor and report situations requiring audit attention to management

Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional performance

Work with limited supervision on multiple projects with different managers and staff members

Assist in staff development for less senior staff members

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field

Two or more years of experience in internal audit, finance, or equivalent experience

Strong, demonstrated auditing experience, ideally in internal auditing across multiple departments, locations, functions, or projects

Proficiency in evaluating internal controls and risk management, particularly around IT systems

This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely

Preferred

Master's degree

Experience in logistics and internal auditing

Professional certifications such as CISA or CPA (or actively working toward one)

Familiarity with systems such as Oracle, AS400, and Manhattan WMS
