Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance, calibration, and repair actions
Provide mentorship, training, and support to junior technicians and clinical staff
Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors for technical support, equipment updates, and recalls
Participate in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of new biomedical equipment
Manage projects related to biomedical equipment installation and upgrades
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or DoD BMET School Graduate, or Active AAMI ACI credentials
3-5 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair
Expert knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and computer systems
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and equipment management systems

Preferred

Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) strongly preferred
