Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support, compile reports, and proofread documents
Prospect list cleaning for marketing campaigns
Basic office errands, mailing, and shipping
Answer phone, transfer calls, and take messages
Maintain conference rooms and the kitchen area
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Receive invoices and review for accuracy
Greet and sign in guests
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Required

Interns must be currently enrolled at a Virginia higher education institution or intending to enroll in the upcoming semester
Interns must have a high school diploma and cannot have already completed their undergraduate degree

Preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
Ability to follow direction and work autonomously through project completion
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred
