The Congressional Campaign Fellow will support various aspects of the campaign, including communications, organizing, and finance, to help engage the community and promote the campaign's objectives.

Responsibilities
Draft/edit press releases and social media content
Monitor press coverage and assist in media outreach
Help manage social media accounts and engagement strategies
Create digital content (graphics, short videos, posts) to amplify campaign priorities
Assist with internal and external communications planning
Staff candidate at events to assist with filming content
Lead efforts for canvassing, phone banking, and identifying community events
Assist with voter outreach and community engagement efforts
Maintain voter contact databases and event records
Help recruit and train teams of volunteers
Conduct donor research and maintain fundraising databases
Help draft fundraising emails, call sheets, and thank-you notes
Support planning and execution of fundraising events
Track contributions and assist with FEC compliance documentation
Collaborate with senior staff on finance strategy and outreach
Qualification
Required
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok) and social media trends
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
Enthusiasm for progressive politics and social media
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Comfortable speaking with voters and volunteers
Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
Interest in political organizing and progressive issues
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong written communication and research skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; experience with campaign call time software is a plus
Interest in campaign finance and political fundraising
