Sun Mountain Sports is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for approximately 110 employees in the golf industry. This role involves maintaining and supporting technology systems, delivering user support, and ensuring the stability and security of company technology.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in person, by phone, or remotely

Serve as primary point of contact for escalated technical issues

Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding (equipment setup, user accounts, access)

Oversee lifecycle management of IT hardware

Maintain printers, scanners, and label printers

Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and replacements

Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies

Support and maintain the company’s local network

Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues

Assist with basic network configuration and documentation

Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors

Administer and support Microsoft 365 and other primary business applications

Install, configure, and update software and operating systems

Assist with user account management

Follow and help enforce IT security policies

Assist with endpoint security, backups, and patching

Educate users on cybersecurity awareness

Maintain system documentation

Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency

Assist with small IT projects
