Responsibilities
Handling billing procedures and resolving complex claims
Accurately apply HCPCS Level II codes and POS (Place of Service) codes
Staying current with regulatory changes to ensure compliance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service and revenue goals
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of home infusion billing experience
Familiarity with HIPAA standards (2+ years)
Strong computer skills, including Excel and Word
Passion for billing, claims, and document management
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with collections and resolving denied or delayed claims
Previous experience at home-infusion companies such as CVS Health (Coram) or Brooks Health Care Home Infusion
Proven track record of exceeding billing or reimbursement performance metrics
