Qualification
Required
8+ years of front-end experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership
Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Strong skills in performance optimisation, state management and component-driven development
Experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction
Startup-friendly mindset: collaborative, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity
