Help us understand donor behavior and optimize our digital impact
Audit our tracking and build clear dashboards
Translate data into actionable insights and build dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools

Required

Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and interpreting digital metrics
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event tracking setups
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (traffic sources, conversions, engagement)
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and build dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools
Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and self-motivation to prioritize tasks in a remote, collaborative environment

Preferred

Basic experience with HTML or Webflow for troubleshooting and tag placement
Experience in nonprofit or educational organizations
Understanding of SEO best practices and knowledge of UTM tracking for campaigns
