Responsibilities

Partner with teams in Security Product, Global Security Organization, Privacy Organization, Risk Control Organization to define key metrics, SOPs, mechanisms of company security incident response

Drive operational excellence by capturing and analyzing user and team feedback, data from key metrics and other sources to inform and implement changes to incident response processes

Communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to security and product leadership with a framework for evaluating resolution options, as well as roles and responsibilities of partner teams

Develop educational tools and training to ensure alignment amongst partner teams for incident response programs as well as user education

Experience managing and/or creating programs for regular assessments of enforcement decision-making to improve operational excellence with measurable results that inform product decision-making

Define and manage operating budget and efficiency metrics for review programs related to user experience of security and integrity products

Required

3+ years of experience in security and emergency response processes and program development

Familiar with business process management and requirement analysis

Have a deep understanding of account security, cybersecurity, information security or a relevant field in technology, security and digital identity security or a relevant field in technology, security and digital identity

Preferred

Experience in operations management and process optimization at a large technology company is preferred

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
