Responsibilities
Apply your technical expertise to deliver software that impacts real people every day
Take full ownership of your work across the entire software lifecycle — from concept to launch
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, quality, regulatory, and testing teams to build and deliver real-world products
Design and develop scalable, cloud-based software solutions using technologies such as Java Spring Boot or C# ASP.NET Core, React (or Angular), TypeScript, Python, AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB
Architect and implement secure, maintainable backend services and RESTful APIs
Mentor and uplift your peers through thoughtful code reviews and collaborative problem-solving, promoting best practices and sound engineering trade-offs
Champion scalable, testable, and observable software that’s designed for long-term success
Lead technical initiatives independently, providing deep technical insight and architectural guidance
Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders — translating complex technical details into clear, actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
OR Master's degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
OR PhD with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Project Management Skills, including planning, estimation, and requirements management
Agile planning and estimation experience is highly desired
History of broad technical and non-technical impact on projects ranging from new product initiatives through evolving capabilities mature systems with a robust user base
Experience developing medical software, working in regulated industries, or an interest in learning
