Business Development Representative
Wigglitz by ZB Designs is a fast-growing toy brand that is expanding rapidly across the U.S. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive retail expansion through outbound outreach and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. The role involves making numerous calls to retail stores, prospecting new partners, and collaborating with the team to refine outreach strategies.
Responsibilities
Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to retail stores across the U.S
Prospect and qualify new retail partners
Introduce Wigglitz and communicate what makes it stand out in the toy and collectibles market
Set qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to sales leadership
Track outreach, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM
Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and outreach strategy
As the role grows, support select in-person retail visits or trade events
Qualification
Required
