Responsibilities
Conducts classroom training using a variety of instructional techniques and resources
Assesses training effectiveness to ensure successful application of taught skills and techniques
Identifies training needs and requirements based on business goals and objectives
Evaluates training content to ensure learning objectives meet training requirements
Analyzes and evaluates learner tasks and subtasks
Develops an instructional strategy to include measurable learning objectives to support learning tasks
Designs and develops training course content using online authoring tools
Works closely with subject matter experts to identify content and processes
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Four years of retail management experience within the last five years in Retail/Services with strong written communication and presentation skills are required
Or
Bachelor's degree and two years in retail management within the last three years in Retail/Services with strong written communication and presentation skills are required

At least one year of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or a related field
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering engaging training programs in both in-person and virtual settings
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and digital collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and business stakeholders
Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
