They are seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Growth Manager to lead and execute strategies that drive online sales, customer retention, and brand growth, focusing on managing Shopify websites and digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the company’s Shopify websites for conversion, performance, and user experience

Lead A/B and split testing across website and ad assets to improve KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CAC, etc.)

Develop and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid media platforms

Analyze performance data and continuously refine audience targeting, creative, and spend allocation

Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or HubSpot to drive engagement, repeat purchase, and LTV

Develop segmented automations, flows, and personalized content that deliver measurable results

Track, analyze, and report on all key performance metrics for DTC initiatives

Present data-driven insights to leadership and recommend optimizations

Work alongside the marketing team, product managers, and creative team to align campaigns with brand goals

Direct and mentor contractors, freelancers, or agencies as needed to ensure excellence in execution
