Responsibilities
Reviewing, analyzing, and managing customer technical specifications
Creating single line diagrams and control schematics
Performing power distribution analysis: equipment sizing, load flow, voltage drop, short circuit, protection coordination, power quality, and arc flash
Developing customer design documentation and participating in design reviews
Providing power supply system interface requirements to external design teams
Creating equipment technical specifications and evaluating supplier
Supporting site installation, testing, and commissioning
Understanding and applying power distribution fundamentals to ensure reliable and efficient system design
Qualification
Required
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred
Experience or understanding of power distribution fundamentals and electrical system design
Knowledge of power load flow, voltage drop, and short circuit calculations
Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and general knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Ability to read and interpret electrical distribution drawings and schematics
