They are seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight for high-quality, person-centered care within the Adult Clinical Community Services program.

Responsibilities
Works collaboratively with Senior Program Manager to provide regular supervision to staff, address disciplinary issues as needed, and writing annual performance evaluations for staff supervised
Monitors all program/individual served financial records to ensure they are in compliance with program policy and procedures regarding financial records and contract billing requirements
Ensures the program adheres to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources
Maintains communication with funding sources or other contracts as appropriate
Responsible for oversight of rep-payee process and contingency fund processes
Oversees maintenance of organization vehicles
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Human Service field required
Minimum of two years supervisory experience required
Must be committed to individuals served empowerment and growth, human rights and community integration
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have some experience with Smartsheet
Strong verbal and written communication skills
