Responsibilities

Handle daily transaction requests, process loan payments, disbursements, and adjustments, and manage automatic payments

Monitor work queues and ensure timely completion

Analyze, board, and service loan documentation and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

Monitor and manage insurance and escrow matters

Provide internal and external customer service through chats, emails, and direct communication

Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Assist junior-level teammates, collaborate with business units, and provide training and mentorship

Identify issues, recommend solutions, and participate in quality improvement efforts

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations; and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity
