Responsibilities
Lead B2C marketing efforts end-to-end, from planning to execution, ensuring initiatives are data-driven and optimized for success
Create durable flywheels (referrals, ambassador programs, owned placements) that don’t rely on paid/SEO
Forecast registrations and capacity needs; plan resources and rollout sequences
Build creative messaging, design language, and value offerings that resonate with the market and drive action
Contribute to onboarding, funnel optimizations and user flow changes
Enhance marketing operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Report weekly on funnel impact and learnings; maintain a quarterly test plan with scale/stop criteria
Qualification
Required
5+ years B2C growth marketing experience
Mastery of non-paid acquisition tactics (referrals, community, partnerships, owned surfaces)
Ship fast: ideate, prototype, test, analyze and operationalize; keep a tight weekly experiment loop
Fluency with QR/UTM taxonomy and basic analytics; comfort with lightweight creative tools (Canva/Figma)
Strong experimentation/analytical chops (A/B, holdouts, incrementality); can model incentive payback & fraud controls
Vendor/freelancer wrangling when needed; crisp communication and ops discipline
Proven ability to build comprehensive acquisition strategies across multiple channels
Experience with CRM systems and Marketing Automation (preferably Braze)
