Responsibilities

Analyze learning needs and define instructional goals in collaboration with SMEs

Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar

Create instructional materials including storyboards, scripts, assessments, and course manuals

Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure content effectively

Ensure content aligns with organizational objectives and learner outcomes

Conduct quality assurance testing and revise content based on feedback and analytics

Upload and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle or Blackboard

Maintain a backlog of content updates and defects, prioritizing fixes and enhancements

Stay current with trends in instructional technology and adult learning theory

Automate Release Notes (PDF) conversion into eLearning format with video and voiceovers (multi-lingual requirement possible)
