Responsibilities

Collect, prepare, and maintain engineering data (e.g., tests, drawings)

Assist in preparing design documents and supporting calculations

Perform assignments using standard practices, techniques, and procedures

Support engineering activities under the guidance of senior staff

Produce accurate technical reports, documentation, calculations, and sketches

Continuously develop technical and professional skills

Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Engage with clients and participate in business development activities

Learn Mott MacDonald systems for risk management, project controls, bidding, and more

Collaborate on proposal development across diverse markets

Apply engineering or project management expertise to lead portions of technical work, benefiting both your career and the company

Required

You must be eligible for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, project management, or related fields. Or be in the process of pursuing a bachelor's degree in the mentioned fields

Preferred

Prior experience and knowledge in engineering, project management, construction or related fields is highly preferred

Strong project management, leadership, and technical skills

Excellent judgment, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex issues

Skilled in preparing and interpreting detailed reports and evaluating solutions
