Responsibilities

Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure that our work is excellent and matches or exceeds the outline of the software development process being used on any particular project
Consulting and analyzing user requirements and translating that information to build software design and performance requirements
Designing and coding new software or modifying existing code to add new features
Debugging existing software and correcting defects
Making recommendations for improving our documentation and software development process standards
Integrating existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
