Administrative Assistant – CPA Office (Part-Time, Permanent)
Confidential is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a CPA practice. The role involves managing client communications, document management, and supporting the CPA with administrative tasks in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities
Interact with clients via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy
Manage incoming calls and client communications through the office phone system
Schedule and confirm client appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups
Draft accurate and grammatically correct correspondence and client letters
Prepare, assemble, and review client tax return packages for accuracy
Generate and distribute estimated tax payment vouchers
Organize and maintain client files using Dropbox and local systems
Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive financial data appropriately
Support the CPA with day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinate priorities and meet deadlines effectively
Contribute to the smooth functioning of the office through reliable and consistent support
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a CPA, accounting, or other professional services office
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with cloud-based file management systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Professional, reliable demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality and data security
Preferred
Previous experience in a CPA or accounting office is strongly preferred
