Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or digital support roles
Proven ability to manage calendars, trackers, and operational workflows
Experience using project management or workflow tools (e.g., Smartsheets or similar)
Strong organizational, follow-up, and prioritization skills
High attention to detail with reliable execution in deadline-driven environments
Ability to document processes, maintain runbooks, and support operational artifacts
Strong written communication skills
Comfort working within established processes and operational models
Ability to coordinate across teams and support readiness, intake, and deployment workflows
