Responsibilities
Build functional software and deliver technical solutions that consistently exceed stakeholder expectations using web and AI technologies
Ensure software and solutions scale well, are cost-effective, and adhere to software development best practices
Provide technical and professional mentoring for team members
Lead projects and complex assignments with broad and ambiguous scope
Write thoughtful code that is maintainable and efficient
Interact directly with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and needs
Demo solutions and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels
Participate in ideation sessions and strategic planning. Help foster a team-first environment grounded on an understanding of and a commitment to the WWT Core Values
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in web development technologies such as: Vue, Angular, or React
JavaScript/NodeJS
Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
Possess a solid understanding of Agile principles
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both a technical and non-technical audience
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Thorough understanding of what it takes to deliver an application from inception to production
Comfortable mentoring other developers
Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science; A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
