Responsibilities

Build a CRM pipeline that tracks the journey from first-time donor (via Zeffy/Givelively) to major gift supporter
Create a database to track volunteer skills, availability, and hours, integrated with a simple intake form
Design a secure, HIPAA-compliant-style board to track the financial and emotional support requests from families in crisis
Set up 'recipes' within Monday.com to automate notifications and data syncing between Mailchimp and our fundraising tools
