Responsibilities

Level 1 and 2 support for client issues

System support for servers, virtualization and email environments

In depth problem solving for servers and systems

Assist in the design of internal Parasol Alliance systems and tools for optimal security and performance management

Detailed documentation within service tickets on issue steps and resolution

Excellent customer service on the phone, via email and in person

Required

At least five years of systems administration experience in an enterprise environment

At least five years' experience working with systems support, configuration and management

Experience with multiple enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Windows Operating Systems, file shares, printers and copiers, phone systems, Exchange, basic network support, desktop hardware support

Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
