Full Stack Engineer
Lind is a team of engineers, data scientists, clinical research professionals, and clinicians focused on improving patient access to treatment options through AI-powered solutions. The Full-Stack Product Engineer will be responsible for building and enhancing the product experience for clinical trial matching, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful features.

Responsibilities
Build and improve the core product experience for clinical trial matching across our Django backend and React/Next.js frontend
Work closely with clinical and research stakeholders to deliver features that directly impact how patients discover treatment options
Collaborate with infrastructure and clinical team members to ship software that's reliable, usable, and makes a difference
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack ownership at Senior or Staff scope
Strong proficiency building modern web applications with React and Next.js, including performance optimization, state management, and component architecture
Solid backend experience with Django, including API design, authentication, background jobs, and data modeling
Experience shipping and maintaining production systems in cloud environments with strong fundamentals in CI/CD and observability
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Demonstrated ability to work independently: you can take an ambiguous problem, break it down, ship a solution, and own the outcome
Preferred
Startup experience, especially with early-stage or small teams
Strong product instincts—you care about UX details, performance, and reliability because they matter to users
Experience building secure systems and handling sensitive data
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and a clear understanding of their strengths and limitations
