Responsibilities

Assist in the valuation analysis of potential investments in real estate related operating companies and direct real estate
Work with the Senior Associate to build and maintain financial models
Produce presentations, IC memos, and other relevant documentation
Interact with portfolio companies’ teams as needed for investment management purposes
Participate in operational and performance review updates to the Platform Investments Committee

Required

Authorization to work permanently in the U.S
Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program, with a graduation date of May 2027
Ability to work in a professional environment and handle multiple projects and deadlines at one time
Strong Excel user
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Detail oriented

Preferred

Previous full-time or internship experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and/or private equity preferred
An understanding of corporate finance and relative value throughout the capital stack
