Sales Team Lead

As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts and developing new relationships, while collaborating with internal teams to drive sales strategies and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Work with the CEO to develop a cohesive sales strategy, across channel partnerships and client-direct sales, which takes into account target client categories, Ara’s OEM partnerships and display catalog, and Ara’s revenue growth targets
Refine and improve Ara’s existing sales channel partnerships
Execute on a direct sales strategy through client outreach, conference attendance, and general evangelism of Ara’s product and service offerings
Collaborate with our technology and product teams to ensure that Ara’s technology continuously evolves to meet our clients’ needs
Establish a scalable, technology enabled process of tracking, managing, and reporting on sales opportunities, pipeline, and forecasted growth
Work with the CEO and Financial Director to set ambitious but achievable sales and revenue targets that will drive FP&A
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role marketing consumer electronics to commercial real estate, retail, entertainment, media and/or hospitality companies
Experience with developing and a willingness to establish and manage internal sales reporting technology (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
